So, So, So many more to go...

Why wasn't he fired?

I'm so glad Bush ordered everyone to cooperate fully with Fitzgerald's investigation. One more proof that this paper president has no real power even in his own White House. Between the religious right smashing his Miers' nomination and the out right disregard these charges represent toward his internal directives (if ever actually given), there can be no doubt who is running this country. If Bush wanted to even pretend to be president, why didn't he demand his resignation personally. Instead, his chief of Staff takes it and then tells him about it.

I just hope that all of the obstruction just pushes his eventual conviction (hope and pray) past the end of Bush's term so a president facing re-election will have to decide whether or not to pardon him or others who should follow.

You can read the indictment on Fitzgerald's official page. (link to pdf format)
This should put a nail in all those RNC talking points.

Your Blog Sucks

With the advent of World War II many of our actors went to fight rather than stand and rant against this country we all love. They gave up their wealth, position and fame to become service men & women, many as simple "enlisted men". This page lists but a few, but from this group of only 18 men came over 70 medals in honor of their valor, spanning from Bronze Stars, Silver Stars, Distinguish Service Cross', Purple Hearts and one Congressional Medal of Honor. Most of these brave men have since passed on. Alec Guinness (Star Wars) operated a British Royal Navy landing craft on D-Day. James Doohan ("Scotty" on Star Trek) landed in Normandy with the U. S. Army on D-Day. Donald Pleasance (The Great Escape) really was an R. A. F. pilot who was shot down, held prisoner and tortured by the Germans. David Niven was a Sandhurst graduate and Lt. Colonel of the British Commandos in Normandy. James Stewart enlisted the Army Air Force as a private and worked his way to the rank of Colonel. During World War II, Stewart served as a bomber pilot, his service record crediting him with leading more than 20 missions over Germany, and taking part in hundreds of air strikes during his tour of duty. Stewart earned the Air Medal, the Distinguished Flying Cross, France's Croix de Guerre, and 7 Battle Stars during World War II. In peace time, Stewart continued to be an active member of the Air Force as a reservist, reaching the rank of Brigadier General before retiring in the late 1950s. The list goes on. I for one am sick of todays liberal actors and activists, get the hell out if you don't like it and if you stay don't worry the real men and women of this world will keep you safe. Oh by the way if your wondering what it says on the back of the truck.....Does My AMERICAN Flag Offend You? Call 1-800-leave- the-usa!The world is changing for the worse and it is because of political correctness. If one person is offended by something, we all now have to change our ways to accommodate that one person. God bless you…oops can’t say God because not all of us believe in God. Merry Christmas….oops it’s Happy Holidays. Describe your assailant Mrs. Jones… ,”Well, one guy was white and the other was black.”… Wrong again, one guy was white and the other was African American. Need I go on? Well at my 5 year olds' school they had this Oktoberfest thing yesterday because they don’t celebrate Halloween. I guess they will offend someone. Anyway they had a face painting station and my son asked for them to paint a spider on his face. God forbid, I mean Allah forbid they do that. They would not do that because it was quote, “too scary.” Well, the next time they see a spider scurry across the floor maybe they should blindfold the kids and shut the school down as to not, scare the little children. In some respect, are we blindfolding our children by not allowing them to experience real world issues? Pretty soon we will all not be allowed to do anything. Come to think of it, my son got a pumpkin instead of a spider painted on his face but doesn’t painting a pumpkin on someone’s skin promote tattoos? Tattoos are evil right? I guess I should be, O FEN DED! Can’t discipline your child in public, you might O FEND someone. Can’t have competition in sports because we can’t teach our children the values of winning and losing, it may break their little hearts. Pretty soon we will be a nation of fairies and you can thank your political correct Americans for this. We can go on and on, it will never end. Remember guns don’t kill people; stupid uneducated people with guns kill people. Oh and um, whatever happened to freedom of speech? Guess it only matters when convenient!
